At the Makerspace you will find a unique bunch of talented people ready to adapt their skills to meet the needs of others. There is an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and a willingness to help that is inclusive to any problem, and any person, but, on top of this, there is an atmosphere of fun that is shared by all, and bridges cultures and language barriers.

The Makerspace is like a hospital that heals people. Here there is no discrimination, no racism, everyone respects each other. The team spirit is the basis of everything: we advise and help each other. Our problems are taken seriously, and we work to make the world a better place and to move forward. In the morning I wake up with a headache, then I meet the team members and everything is fine. This project plays a big role in our mental health and that's why I'm always happy to come and to take part.

There is a good and close connection between international and community volunteers in the Makerspace. In work, in decision-making but also in leisure time. People not only work together, but also consult each other and once a month they cook together on the weekend. It is a very family-like atmosphere. This is also due to the fact that community volunteers are the core of the organization.
